Terms of Service

These terms are between you and FutureLearner.ai Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202509736Z), a company incorporated in Singapore with its registered address at 190 Middle Road, #12-06, Fortune Centre, Singapore 188979, which operates FutureMini.

By creating an account or using FutureMini you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement.

You must be at least 18 years old to hold an account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including keeping your Google sign-in secure. One account is for one person; do not share credentials.

FutureMini generates short, animated, narrated lessons from a topic you enter and, optionally, from source material you attach. Depending on your plan it can also narrate lessons in a cloned copy of your voice and produce short video lessons fronted by an AI avatar.

Lessons are generated by AI models at the time you request them. The same topic will not produce the same lesson twice, and we do not guarantee any particular scene type, length, style or outcome.

Features marked beta — currently the automatic scene-issue repair — may change or be withdrawn, and may not work reliably.

FutureMini is metered in credits. One credit is one minute of lesson: a one-minute lesson costs 1 credit, two minutes 2, three minutes 3. An AI-avatar video lesson costs 10 credits, because it costs us roughly ten times as much to produce.

• New accounts receive 3 credits once, at no cost.
• Pro is S$12.90 per month and grants 30 credits per month. Ultra is S$38.90 per month and grants 100 credits per month. All prices are in Singapore dollars and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.
• Credits are deducted only after a lesson generates successfully. A failed generation, or one rejected by the safety check, costs you nothing.
• You can generate one lesson at a time, and you must hold enough credits for the lesson before it starts.

Payments are handled by a third-party payment processor. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and you keep access until then. Because credits are consumed immediately and irreversibly on generation, fees already paid are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice, which will not affect a period you have already paid for.

You keep ownership of everything you upload — documents, links, voice recordings and photographs — and of the lessons generated for you. We claim no ownership over them.

You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit your content to our providers strictly for the purpose of operating the service for you: generating your lesson, narrating it, rendering it and delivering it back to you. That licence ends when you delete the content.

You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload. Do not upload material you do not own or have permission to use, another person’s confidential information, or another person’s voice or likeness.

AI-generated output may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction, and similar output may be generated for other users from similar prompts. We make no representation that generated lessons are unique or protectable.

Attached source material is screened automatically before it is used. Material is rejected, and the lesson is not generated, when it contains:

• Sexual or sexually explicit content, and any sexual content involving minors.
• Graphic violence or gore.
• Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups.
• Promotion of or instructions for self-harm.
• Instructions for weapons, explosives, malware or the manufacture of illegal drugs.
• Sensitive personal or confidential records: government identity numbers, financial account or card numbers, credentials and private keys, medical records, biometric data, or clearly confidential organizational documents.

You also agree not to:

• Impersonate anyone, including by cloning a voice or using a likeness that is not yours.
• Use the service to produce misleading content presented as fact without review, or content that infringes someone else’s rights.
• Attempt to bypass credit limits, plan gating or rate limits, or to access another user’s data.
• Scrape, resell or redistribute the service itself, or reverse engineer it.
• Interfere with the service’s operation or security.

A rejected lesson costs no credit. Repeated or serious breaches may result in suspension or termination.

Grounding a lesson in your own source material improves accuracy but does not guarantee it. You are responsible for checking any lesson you share, publish or teach from.

We aim to keep FutureMini available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we may perform maintenance that makes the service temporarily unavailable. We rely on third-party AI providers; an outage or policy change at a provider can affect generation.

You may stop using FutureMini and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that we are legally required to act against, or that is being used in a way that harms the service or other users. Where practical we will tell you why first.

On termination your right to use the service ends and your content may be deleted. Sections on content rights, disclaimers, liability, and governing law survive.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FutureMiniis provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or S$100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, from content you upload, or from your use of a lesson you generated — including any claim that your uploaded material or a voice or likeness you used infringed someone else’s rights.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you and we submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

We may update these terms as the product changes. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect; continuing to use FutureMini afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
